Superhero Hat

This a "Flying Superhero Hat" by Ralph Dewey. It is a simple enough design, but it gets big results.

With a little effort, this hat can be adapted to any of the superheros.

Soccer Ball

I never like making a soccer ball (football to those of you outside the US). Mostly because I could not find or figure out a good looking, yet simple design.

This is a great example of a simple design and concept. This Soccer ball was made by Ian Lowe and posted in his BalloonHQ portfolio.

It is a very simple idea. Inflate a round black balloon. and weave the white balloons around it to form the pattern. I love it.

The Flowers of Asi Cohen

I came across these flowers while looking through the Ballooon HQ Photo Database. They are made by Asi Cohen. I like them because they are more then the same old 5/6 pedal flower that every balloon guy makes, yet they are simple enough to do for line work or in a restaurant.

The Balloon Hats of Roger Ullenberg

At my first glance of Roger Ullenberg's balloon HQ portfolio , I was come with all the HATS!!! They range from top hats, to pirate hats, to just plain crazy hats.

Never under estimate the power of a great balloon hat. I know some that would say a balloon man not wearing a balloon hat is hardly a balloon man at all. They attract great attention, making you very noticeable and easy to find. I have definitely noted the increase in my tips when I where a large crazy balloon hat.

I like Roger's hats. They are colorful, and fun. Thanks for the fine examples Roger.

These princesses are great. Made by Daniel Poe, they look just like the characters.

I love the detail he puts into them. The drawing of the faces look amazing. From the whites in the eyes, down to the lip lines and eyebrows, they look great. I really need to develop this kind of drawing for my balloons.

I love they way he did their hair. Balloon hair is alway difficult for me. I have a few basic hair designs, but nothing like this. Daniel has captured the hair of these notable characters perfectly.

This a Grasshopper made by Rebecca Kanar of ABC Balloon Twisting. I really like her creative use of an Alien head. This is one I'm going to have to figure out. :)
