Balloon Dolphin Hat

Here is a pretty simple, very larger balloon dolphin hat I figured out. It is easy to make and comes alive with a couple eyeball balloons. As balloon artist, you can make it quickly for line work. But it very large and can get in the way, so I wouldn't do this in a cramp restaurant.
