One Balloon Elephant

Cute little elephant.
I'll have to give that one a twist. I usually make mine backwards.... starting at the tail, giving it a full size body and legs and using whatever's left after the ears as the trunk.
Your's would definitely work as a baby though.
Thanks again Michael.
And Happy New Year!

I'm having some difficulty seeing how you make the ears. I see you make the small bubble and then the larger softer bubble but where exactly does it twist and where does the small bubble end up after the ears are done?

Dude your videos are very hard to follow because you go way too fast and when you show something to the camera, you flash it by too fast, and I can't get a good look at what you've done. Also, even when I follow the instructions right, it doesn't come out quite like how it does for you because the tail almost always has too little or too much air.

Your site is fantastic! From reading the comments, I get that maybe you can do a simple "how to" for the different twists to make it easier for inexperienced twisters to learn. Main thing is don't give up, twisters! You're doing a great job. Keep up the good work. The pause button works good too.

I can follow most of your videos pretty well, but you really lost me on the elephant's ears! I could see the size of the bubbles, but I really couldn't see how they were attaching. Other than that, I think you do a great job!

Hi, Michael. Your blog is fantastic. I'm a Spanish beginner in balloon twisting and my English is not good enough to understand everything you said, but I can follow your instructions perfectly using the pause control. Is my third day twisting and I had learned how to make bears, monkeys, hearts, dogs, cats, flowers, etc… Terrific!
But the image in this video is unclear and I’m having some problems to see how you twist the elephant.
Thank you for the instructions.

This one took me five tries, and my ear is still ringing, but I made it! You are a great balloon sculptor!

Merci beaucoup pour toutes ces explications! Si certaines vidéos sont moins claires que d'autres, la narration permet de bien suivre!

Thanks a lot for all of these explanations. If some vids are poorer than others ones, your fancy narration allways allow me to understand how to do.
